Outfitters Return Policy
At Outfitters, we stand behind the products we sell and want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right, we will gladly assist with a return or exchange within the guidelines below.
Return Window
Most merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Condition of Merchandise
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and include:
- Original packaging
- Original tags and labels
- All accessories or components included with the purchase
- Original footwear boxes where applicable
Items must be in the same condition as when they left the store.
Returns may be refused if merchandise shows signs of:
- Wear or use
- Dirt, scuffing, or damage
- Washing or laundering
- Smoke odor or strong odors
- Pet hair or contamination
- Alterations or modifications
Outfitters reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.
Clothing & Footwear Returns
Clothing and footwear must meet additional requirements to be eligible for return.
Items must:
- Have all original tags attached
- Be unwashed and unworn
- Be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- Include original packaging and boxes
Footwear should be tried on indoors only to ensure proper fit.
Returns may be denied if footwear shows:
- Outdoor wear
- Dirty or scuffed soles
- Alterations such as cut insoles or modified laces
Non-Returnable Merchandise
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Clearance or discontinued merchandise
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after purchase
- Special order items (if applicable)
Defective Merchandise
If an item is defective, please return it within 30 days of purchase for evaluation.
After 30 days, most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and customers should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
Our team will gladly assist with manufacturer contact information when possible.
Online Order Returns
For purchases made through the Outfitters website:
- Items may be returned in store or by mail within 30 days
- Returned merchandise must meet the same condition requirements as in-store purchases
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
Return Policy Enforcement
To protect customers and maintain fair pricing, Outfitters monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse.
